Everyone's journey is different, but most clients notice shifts in mindset and energy within the first few weeks. Deeper, lasting transformation — like attracting new opportunities or income — typically unfolds over 60 to 90 days of consistent practice.
Both. One-to-one coaching sessions are held online so you can join from anywhere in Malaysia or beyond. Face-to-face counselling and personal classes are held in person, and retreats are fully residential — our most recent was a two-day retreat at Bayu Beach Resort, Port Dickson. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll let you know as soon as the next retreat opens for booking.
